Microsoft’s youngest Certified Professional Arifa Karim Randhava died at the age of 16 on 14th January 2012 in Lahore, Pakistan. She is the youngest Microsoft Certified Professional. She became MCP at the age of 9.
Microsoft’s chairman Bill Gates invited her in 2004 at Microsoft headquarters’ USA . He invited him through his private plane. On 14th of 2012 battling for life for 26 days she died. She was suffering from Epileptic Seizure and cardiac arrest.

Arifa Karim Randhawa born on 2nd February 1995 got honored World’s youngest Microsoft Certified Professional for the period of 2004-2008. A Science park has been named for her honor known as Arifa Karim Technology park. She had number of interviews in various telephones and newspapers due to her uncommon talent.
She was also honored with the Salaam Pakistan award by the president of Pakistan in 2005. She later become brand ambassador of Pakistani 3G wireless broadband company EVO.
